  • What kind of confidence and trust-building measures should be taken to manage the security dilemma and maritime disputes?  How to defuse the tensions on the Korean Peninsula?

  • What will be the vision for security cooperation in the region? How can the bilateral alliances that led by the United States work within a multilateral security architecture that accommodates the interests of most of regional countries, including China?
